Oh they sent it on Friday? I thought I read that they sent them every other Tuesday. Congrats though!!

Why did USCIS wait until December 2022 to send a K1 petitions with a NOA 2 from September 2022.

 

Is this the norm or was your case maybe forgotten?

 

I've seeing emails of People with a NOA 2 from October 31st 2022 that had their case shipped to the NVC already.

@EdwinShinobi yes i sent plenty of injury but it didn’t work, they always said same thing “we haven’t received your case”. Uscis didnot care either and now they say they sent it but I don’t have a case number to check on ceac. Guys this is so frustrating, I am really about to take medication for my mental health.

I sent an inquiry last week and they told me my case hasn't been sent yet.

 

It's understandable for me, because my NOA 2 is from November 11th 2022, so I wasn't expecting it to reach NVC until at least December 22nd or so.

 

What I'll do is Call them [ NVC & USCIS ] on December 22nd around 7pm New jersey time and see if I can get an agent to check for me.

 

I know its frustrating but stay strong. Hopefully by next month your case is created. You're almost there.

 

Keep in contact with them every 2 weeks.

If I’m not wrong. There is no phone number for nvc ? Do you have any ?

Is it true we need Covid vaccine to schedule medical appointment? I thought k 1 is not required until u come here to adjust visa

Yes. COVID vaccine is needed for immigrant visa. I’ve seen conflicting info online for k1 since it is both NIV but with immigrant intent. I think it depends on the embassy/consulate involved. Would check with them to be sure.

There is a phone number. I called today but apparently they aren't receiving inquiries by phone anymore.

 

So I called USCIS phone number and spoke to the agent.

 

They said my case hasn't been sent to the USCIS yet.

 

I'll call again in the first week of January.

Hello! NVC injury sent me e-mail says that they sent my case to my embassy on 9 DEC again. I told them we have not gotten any welcome letter or any case number for CEAC. But they sent same thing says “we forwarded your case to embassy”. Guys what does that mean? Will they send case number latter?

Yes your case is ready you can schedule for your appoinment if there is any available slot , when was your noa2 ?

hii everyone , if my fiancee does not meet the poverty guidelines , and her brother will be a joint sponsor what forms we should complete ? I-134 form only or beside it the joint sposor fill  I-864A as he married or I-864 or I-134 only ???

Nap was September but the medical place asking for a letter of some sort or e mail that we were suppose to receive that tells that they are ready to schedule. I am so confused then of case is ready the. What letter was I supposed to get from embassy?
