Hi I applied 15 year a go for my sister and now  she got appointment for embassy and i got email from embassy and I see her son name is attached to her application .when i applied I only applied for her but  I gave all info about her kids  .one of her kids was 17 on that time and no I see his name is attached to her application  and he is 32 now an he is single .what does it mean . Is he elligeble  for getting green card now ?

It is possible but very unlikely he will not have aged out.

 

We need to know when the I 130 was approved, how long it took for that to happen.
