UAE timeline for the embassy is about 9 months unfortunately, so 2-months in the UK sounds amazing!

According to the USCIS website we're still 7 months out for approval from them (AR from 13th Sept, submitted on the 12th). From what people are saying on here, really wish mine hadn't been transferred to Potomac from Texas - Texas looking shorter wight now

As you're British you could change to London embassy?  You'd need to do the medical etc here also but maybe the flights are worth it to you?

I think it's happening to alot of people at the moment.  Unfortunately it doesn't seem to mean anything, good or bad! lol

Does everyone have first active review yet?

I knew it maybe some kind of maintenance or update of their system but wanted to know if any of the September 22 filers has similar error on their account.

No error messages here. Just the same 4 month processing time that I'm sick of seeing 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m right there with you. Tired of going through the effort of signing it every day and seeing the same four months time frame across my screen. So infuriating to see no change. Also, I haven’t had an AR at all as well.

Glad I'm not the only one with no AR.

Does anyone else here use Lawfully app?

Sorry, but what exactly is an AR?

Active review.  Alot of people get a message from USCIS saying yur case is being actively reviewed not long after submission.  Then when they receive a 2nd message saying the same many months later, there is usually an approval notice in the documents.

So our case still says 'Case recieved'.  Others say 'Actively Reviewing'?

Yes I use Lawfully

Sometimes people with no AR get direct approval with their first AR and that AR doesn’t come at an early stage like people who get it some few days of their PD so don’t worry at all.

Lawfully is showing me a couple more approvals for Sept for Texas SC lately.  Most likely people who could expedite, but still, it's nice to see.

Yeah, I know the first AR doesn't mean anything.  Still, it would be nice to see some kind of change! lol

This is what mine says....

"September 11, 2022

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

As of September 11, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number (redacted). Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you."

It's said that from the beginning so I don't think it means anything lol.

Yes, so you've had a first AR.  You're right it doesn't mean anything.  But if you receive that message a 2nd time you should check documents for approval.
