Ours shows 9 months still which would be right if we're still at Texas. I haven't seen many approvals with K3 lately though 😒

Mine shows 10 months, and our case is in the worst SC

I spoke to agent on Emma and my case was transferred from Potomac to California Service Center. We did not get a notice of transfer but I have a suspicion they sent us there the day after I submitted. Estimate time is 7 months, although I will be surprised if it is in that time frame.

I think most get sent somewhere else straight after from what I've seen.  We haven't "asked Emma" yet, we just know our K3 receipt was from Texas.  Have you filed K3?

Yea I definitely can agree with that. No I haven't filed yet but I'm thinking about it. Can't hurt I suppose!

It's free, and at least will pass some time! 😅 Although I feel like I haven't seen it help many recent filers like it seemed to have earlier in the year.

How did you "ask Emma"?  Can you do it in the online chat or do you have to call?

Definitely can't hurt to try!!

I was on Emma and then asked for a live agent and then when connected with me via chat function. Pretty straightforward

So I tried chatting with Emma today, and I asked her for a live agent over and over and over.... and I got stuck in a loop of just being told to check different website places. 😅

Hello!! That estimated time is only for USCIS approval.

Hope you receive a fast approval!!

I was wondering about that also!

Right now my CR-1 says approval in 6 months, but the estimate I get from VJ is about 10 months. What is the 10 month guesstimate for? Approval for everything involved?

I think it's an overall estimate, but I wouldn't count on it being accurate since the pool of people that fill out their timeline is so small.

Hi Luk Dit Mo,

Which SC is your application processing at?  Is your spouse out of the USA or filing AOS?

CSC, and she is in the Philippines.

Hi all,

We filed on the 24th, I’m from the UK. We got our NOA1 straight after we submitted. We just found out we’ve been transferred to the Texas service centre. It’s currently saying we have around an 8 month wait.

Hi Mil, I'm UK also. We're also at Texas. No AR yet. Praying we can be in the US by next Christmas. 🙏
