NVC stage question!

My dad is going to be my joint sponsors since I'm not working the US and therefore not earning enough. Do we both need to file an i184? Or just him? I don't file taxes in the USA since I live and work in Chile.

I think you both need to sign an i184A

My case was approved August 7th and still no NVC welcome letter is this normal?

It will come especially few days after uscis case is updated to case was sent to DOS.

We were approved on the 15th and we got our welcome email from NVC on the 19th.

Yeah it says that on the 10th it was sent to the DOS but nothing.

It sometimes comes within 3-5 business days but the letter says if you do not receive anything within 45 days you should send an e-enquiry.

I have the same situation. Got approved on 10th August. Still no welcome letter from NVC. I sent an inquiry on 18th. Will see what comes first, reply to the inquiry or welcome letter😅

 How do you send an inquiry? I find it ridiculous that we haven’t gotten the welcome letter yet.

Haven’t gotten ours yet but they just updated to sent to DOS. Plus it’s the weekend.

I just filled with public inquiry form from travel.state.gov. Not sure if it will lead to anything, just wanted to do something from my side

Check your junk/spam folder. My Gmail put our welcome letter into the Junk folder initially
