We just received our first active review today! I know for some it doesn’t mean much but it’s the first contact we’ve had so I’m hopeful!!

Check your doc tab or try checking it from now on it’s possible you might have an approval rarely people who’s cases take that long for an AR1 sometimes get an approval and recently Potomac, Nebraska, California SC has been approving many cases

Tsc is quiet now it’s been days without any new approval except few expedited or cases that has been on hold for 300 days plus.

Awesome.  As well as checking documents tab, it may be worth asking Emma if your petition has moved.  I read that also sometimes that also triggers AR.

Texas seems to go in waves.  I've seen like 1 week of the month there will be a stream of approvals.  Perhaps they rotate each week through each if the petition types?  They seem to be on March, April & May right now.

I am in Potomac too 😳 what is your PD? what is your processing time according to My USCIS?
September 26, 2022 and my processing time is still estimated at six months. Originally it was three but as of the new update for the time frames it is now six months.

New update for everybody on my journey. I contacted an agent on Emma and was told that apparently my application was transferred from the Potomac center to the Vermont center directly after Potomac received my application. So it has been at the Vermont center since the beginning. I contacted a live agent about a month ago And was told that it was still being processed at the Potomac center. But today they told me that it could be with a case agent and they could be actively reviewing it. But it was originally transferred at the beginning of the process soon after Potomac had received it , so I was unaware of this. So here’s to hoping they are actively reviewing, and I will receive an approval soon along with all of you Wonderful people.

I did not apply for the K-3.

I am starting to realize that K3 doesn't work in any SC. I think they don't review it. People who received their approval faster is because are lucky, and/or have the "easiest" cases. It is my opinion.

We all have luck never loose hope some people have been waiting for 2 years and even more but being lucky is that our case won’t cross that line.
