You need to contact USCIS ASAP to re-schedule.  IDK if they will take him as a walk-in.  But, he can try?

Has anyone experienced this?

I am sure they have.  I would try the walk-in, but arrive first thing in the morning.  Explain the situation and see if it works.  If it doesn’t, then call or chat USCIS to re-schedule.  But, make sure you do all these things tomorrow.  A missed biometrics appointment can be taken by USCIS as if you are “abandoning” the case and they could reject it accordingly.

I am sure you do.  I would feel the same way.  But, if you have him do all of this tomorrow, you should be OK.  Make sure he brings the letter, ID, etc.

received the 48 months letter last week.

Also a question for everyone, i keep greeting error when i check case status from login page "

Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible."

i can see the status on case tracker but curious if someone else noticed that.

Case history:

October 18, 2022 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
September 22, 2022 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

And hide all sharp objects.  Haha

Don’t worry, if you act rapidly (tomorrow), it can be fixed.
