My package was delivered and accepted on September 26th, but we still have not received our I797 NOA as of today. I was able to get the Receipt number and was told it's in processing but obviously would like the Paper notice as well. Anyone else have this issue?

Since what date is your status showing as processing? Has it been 3 weeks from that date?

It’s been a month

Just checked my status and got this on case history. But I’m not sure they will re- send the letter or not?

Yeah, mine has not been assigned for processing yet, but I think hopefully they did send it out for you or possibly check your email?

@Mohammed26  Does this mean that both of you are just getting the NOA again without the actual next steps of biometrics?  If so, then the submitting an inquiry is not working.

I have put in an inquiry for that as well. The information specialist also told me that if for 6 months you don't get an interview, I should call because I maybe interview eligible.

Which I haven't seen anywhere so let's see.

Hi friends,

Something weird happened today:

We received another text message showing my wife’s 751 application was received with a different Receipt Number. Also, the case was received on 10/31/22 (a day after her conditional green card expiration).

The application was actually delivered on 9/12. We and the lawyer both received the paper receipt on 9/19 by mail.

Has that happened to anyone else? Why are they resending the receipt notice with a different number & receipt date?
