hello,

we sent in on 16th it was received on 19th, still no text. no charge on account.

someone said they were able to get an update from Emma the AI, if anyone know what to put in query on the emma chat. thanks

Hi! So I sort of had the same situation. Sent on the 17th. Delivered on the 19th. No text since then until yesterday I got a text that my case was received. I don’t know how to put in a query through Emma but I did email lockbox support to inquire on if it was received or not. And couple hours later I got a text. Could be merely coincidence? Hopefully you get some news soon.

We did a change of address when we moved from FL to TN March this year and never got anything. They even sent the 90days (GC expiring) reminder to  FL and USPS forwarded it TN, so we had to do another change of address. (I know someone who was in the same situation and had the same thing happen to them too) But it seems like they finally got our address right after we filed for ROC.

You can request another copy -- someone else did this when they didn't receive the NOA in the mail and they were sent an electronic copy.

We did both actually,  we changed our address through the USCIS website and mailed it through USPS just to be sure. But they still messed it up 😅
