My experience is that waiting for an interview at my local office was the thing that really slowed down the process. It took about 8 months for MSC to process it and send it to the local office for the interview. Looks like my wife will finally have her interview after it being at the local office for 2.5 years.

Yeah.  To be honest, we are not going to stress the wait.  Once we have extension letter in hand, we will probably log off VJ for a while (like we did AOS) and just enjoy life.  Otherwise, we’ll be obsessing over something we have no control or information.

Hello everyone, 

joining sept team. Package sent 9/1 and still not delivered; I regret using Fedex services. Package is delayed, i will call to request a refund after package is delivered. I hope this delay will help land my i-751 in TSC lol. My wife says there’s no way that application will be approved prior to filing for citizenship. I’m in no rush, good thing this wait counts towards our residency.

what did you guys submit in your packages?

i did pictures, joined bank account  statements, apartment lease, joined credit card bills, utility bill, marriage certificate, trips to Colombia to visit his family, car insurance, my drivers license with name change, and social security card with name change, trip to san Diego, to Orlando to Sea World.

From what I have seen, checks are typically cashed within a week (usually 2-3 days).

That's consistent with what most people send. A common thing that is sent is tax transcripts for each year you've been married speeding joint filing.

ok, because they received my package on Friday, so I guess it should be cashed by tomorrow or Friday, hopefully
