CR-1 pending and travel to USA

What "strong evidence" does she have that she will return to Thailand after a next visit?  Once you're married, her strongest tie is to you and her intent to live with YOU in the USA.  That is immigrant intent.

She would be taking a huge chance trying to visit again.  I wouldn't try it.  However, this would have no impact on her receiving and using the appropriate immigrant visa for a spouse.
