Hello,I am a US citizen by birth submitted I-130 for my parents from another neighbouring country in August 2020 while living with parents and going to University, Application was approved by USCIS July 2021, sent to NVC. We have filled all documents, paid fees and got I-864 from an uncle in USA.

US Citizen petitioner never worked in USA, but regularly filling US tax return from 3rd country (dual citzen) because of studying and living with parents. NVC keep requesting W2-1099 which petitioner does not have and explained in the note and uncle provided I-864 from USA and good income in USA which already accepted. What should I answer to NVC and get I-130 application approved for consulate interview. Should I retain a lawyer at this moment. It has been more than a year NVC got the file and back and forth with documents, no medical request or interview date,  thanks everyone, please suggest.

You only mention the I-864 from uncle.  Did you, the petitioner, submit an I-864 as well?  If so, did you list your qualifying income as $0?
