How long should we wait to receive schedule interview for my parent?

Hello! Good day. I petition my parents and they both been qualified for the visa since March 3,2022. They just waiting for interview schedule in manila us embassy. It's almost 7 months now but still we haven't receive any schedule for there interview. Been trying to call us embassy in manila nobody answer. Hope anybody 🙏 can give us idea and advice thank you.
