woop woop! only one day until doodle goes to egypt! and only one day until my fiance is here with me! today i'm going to bake some "all american" cookies and go shopping for salad ingredients, and other things to fill the fridge with!

my tripceps are soooo sore from the gym. no pain, no gain!!!!!!!

I wonder if I did a sit up tonight if it will take effect by the time I arrive.

I just ate a lean cuisine and some celery sticks. Yum...not! I'm still trying to figure out how a man can drink 3-4 cans of Pepsi a day, eat an entire big bag of Cheetos, a big bowl of ice cream, a king size Snicker bar, lunch and dinner and not gain an ounce. Meanwhile I'm eating rabbit food and going to the gym and I get no results.

i was the same with my ex bf...and i think i'll be the same with abdelilah. damn those speedy metabolisms!!!!!! i BREATHE on something and i gain weight!

I know I"ll probably gain weight in Egypt since he piles food on my plate when I'm there. I am sooooo craving his sister's mashi and koshari right now!! I can't wait!!!!!!!! I get there at 3:10pm on Saturday, insha Allah, and I plan on eating at 4:30 pm !!!

On a side note kinda funny in a weird way he told me to bring candy because there is no candy there just during the holidays. That's just plain wrong!!! Unless he's talking about the hard candies that we kept buying.

I bought him a pair of shorts and a shirt that my daughter picked out for him at American Eagle, and my other daughter picked out candles at the Yankee Candle shop for his sisters. I guess I'll stock up on gum and hard candies tomorrow at CVS to bring for them too.

Yanno...I had the same thing with my ex, too. That is until he hit about 32. He's now 36 and has gotten his "man's body"....a bit of a gut and love handles and a thicker neck. Haha! Finally! He was a size 30-32 for nearly our entire marriage. Now he's gotta be a size 36.

I saw candy all the time in Egypt but honestly unless it's imported the chocolate there sucks. Bring Hershey Kisses (plain and filled)...those were a huge hit with my family in Egypt. You can store them in the fridge to prevent melting (I brought them in July last year and they were fine). Put them in your carry on so they don't melt. Twizzlers and Swedish Fish went over well, too. I dunno about hard candies though. Gum is very popular, too.

i recently found my ex on myspace and boy is he a fatty now!!! he was a 30-32 also (and 6' tall!!!) now he's probably a size 40!~ lol

I ate leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes for lunch

And I finally mailed the filled out I-134s to my fiance today...along with a bunch of other paperwork...and by the time that envelope was full it cost me more than a car payment (ok, 14 cents more than a car payment...but STILL.) Guess that's what I get for not mailing anything at all for 3 months.

Oh no....Burning Love is stuck in my head....
