Well I screwed that up!! I sent it to Phoenix! Will they forward it to Chicago??

It’s possible.  Reading other people’s experiences (you’re not the first!), they will send it back to you.  My initial packet was returned to me because they didn’t see the payment authorization-though it was there. It was fast, like a week.

UPDATE:

FedEx was able to intercept the package, even though it had been signed and delivered to USCIS Phoenix. Apparently it wasn't picked yet and FedEx was able retrieve it. Got a call today from FedEx saying they had it in their hand, and would I like to go ahead and send to Chicago! $14.00 later it is now on its way to the correct lockbox! I would like to thank powerpuff for your prompt reply to my post, this helped make it work!!! I will update when I get my NOA and check cashed to help others!

Thanks VJ !!!
