Hi, my mother arrived safely on August 31 entering LAX on a B1/B2 visa. I asked about the CBP stamp and she could not locate it in her passport! My mother was sitting on a wheelchair when she went through immigration-- she did not see if they stamped her passport when they asked for it. The immigration officer asked her a couple questions and then said OK. Not sure why there are no stamps!!! Who should we call to get the validity of her stay and make sure she doesn't have any issues when she leaves?

What matters is her online I-94.  Check if she has one.

If she doesn’t then she needs to go to the CBP deferred inspection facility

Is there a link to check if she has an online I-94?

Can she go to a CBP at another airport? She entered LAX but now in San Diego with my sister. I can help her to CBP or USCIS in Phoenix when she visits me, but I think this has to be taken care of asap.
