The note says the CO will make a decision.  Find out at the interview what the CO will say.

is that mean we are DQ and don't need to upload again?

As long as you got the DQ email from NVC.  Then a few days prior to the interview, you may update the financial documents on CEAC if necessary.

Hello. As far as I'm concerned, people get this notification and it's not related to their sponsor's income or whatever. You get this notification whether you have enough financial documents or you don't. So if the income of the sponsor along with the joint sponsor is above the poverty lines of the state you're in, then you can ignore this message. If however it's not enough, do what @Chancy said.

Does that also apply to if you’re the petitioner and your income is not above poverty line but your joint sponsors income is above the poverty line?

I have a situation where my sponsor has 0 income on her most recent tax return due to a foreign earned income exclusion (she moved back part way through the year but the exclusion sums her US income to 0).

We have also provided a letter from her employer showing her current salary is X, which is comfortably above the poverty guidelines - since we got DQ and the messages says you MAY want to get an additional sponsor I think we will be ok in the basis the consular officer should see the confirmation of income from her employer.

To be on the safe side I will also take all of her recent pay slips dated since the letter to prove employment is ongoing.

I've seen other threads where people have taken this approach and it ha sproved successful.

Now just to wait for an interview letter.

@SM0 How long did she have the US based job before sending the AOS? I plan to relocate to the US to be able to sponsor my wife, but I wondered if sending AOS right after receiving the first pay stub will work

She moved back in August 2021 and our first submission to NVC was April, second submission in June.
