Traveling Information?

My interview is tomorrow and I am trying to get things organized n when I redid my paperwork I noticed the trip I took for my job for 5 days I took in May 5 2022 is not on my records and when I try to find it in my email at work I am unsure why but it is no longer there. 
 

so my question is do I need to show I was out of country after sending my n400 in ? I tried talking to management but they weren’t in today so I am uncertain what to do next .

You need to mention it during interview (exact dates, destination), so IO has up to date information.

Do you not have confirmation emails, boarding passes or calendar reminders for that travel? It wasn't that long ago, maybe you could remember you left on Sunday returned Friday etc? Look it up on calendar and so forth. No photos taken, no messages exchanged with your close ones while you were traveling? No credit card charges? There must be some trace left that could help remembering the dates.

Also, if it was an international trip, wasn't there a hotel booking paid for by your job?

Photos have been taken yes, and I know the dates I have gone as well, I just wasn’t sure if they need the actual plane ticket with the confirmation number . All I have for that was the pictures I took while I was there and email saying I am going there by my company but no credit charges cuz everything was all inclusive so I didn’t have to pay for nothing at all.

There was yes but sadly all traces of my trip in my folder email is gone and idk how , all I have is the email saying I am going and the pictures i took while I was there. And the boarding passes in my wallet but idk if I can count those cause it’s on my apple wallet app and it doesn’t show the date on it but I personally remember the date .

looks like I didn’t need it after all as the agent didn’t bother looking at my extra stuff and I got approved
