Did you have any pending I-751? 3-year rule? Name change? Any traffic citations? Thanks.

We have a name change on ours.  I-751 was automatically approved, card produced, and it continues to show "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled"

Early September filer in SF area. My countdown on the USCIS website finally reached zero and changed to “things are taking longer than expected”… As expected I guess, but still annoying. Guess back to waiting for an interview.

One curious thing with my case number is that it starts with IOE9540xxxxxx while most other people I see starts with a zero like IOE0xxxxxx. Is that strange or am I just imagining things?

Hello to a fellow SF filer 👋🏻 I sent my application mid-October and also finally having “ET until case decision: approx. 7 days”, was really-really hoping to get a date soon but I guess these words with how many days left mean none to nothing…Frustrating and infuriating. Seeing that some other folks applied in Dec or even April 2023 ALREADY got their invitations makes me feel upset. I mean good for them but Wtaf, USCIS!!! 🤬

And yes, my case number starts with 94 as well. I think that has to do with new USCIS fiscal year starting I believe every September.

Just to add to the conspiracy here: I am a March 2023 filer (Seattle field office) and my receipt number also starts with IOE94xxxx 😄 and.. I am also waiting longer than the other Seattle filers.

Interesting 🤨 then my “new fiscal year” theory doesn’t work here because where is Sep-Oct and where is March, far apart, right. I’m out of ideas 😂

Waiting from March 2023 doesn’t sound as terrible as waiting from Aug-Sept-Oct 2022 but hey, I don’t know time estimates for Seattle office, bummer your case is taking longer than others. We can all commiserate here.

As fate would have it, we finally got scheduled for my wife's naturalization ceremony.  The bad thing?  She booked flight to go visit family / enroll our daughter in school in Brasil 2 weeks before the ceremony date....and will be gone till early Jan.

Has anyone had any problems sending the letter into the local USCIS field office requesting a reschedule for that length of time?
