Waiting for CR1 Interview at Montreal

Hi there, 

I saw that people who got DQ around mid or late June got their Interview letters yesterday for Montreal consulate. My DQ date is early June but I didn’t get any correspondence from NVC. Their website says all cases are first in & first out, so I am worried why my case didn’t get an interview letter. Anybody else had the same problem? Its been close to 3 months since I got DQ from NVC but no interview letter yet
