Hi!
I am a K1 Visa holder. I am ready to file my AOS (I 485 +  +I 131+ I 864).
I have a couple of doubts. I am moving to Denver CO so my original I129F address will change in these new forms to my new Denver CO address. So I should file to Phoenx Az lockbox correct? From this Lockbox where will my file go? So i can check processing times. I am worried specially about my EAD so I can start working (read these are taking to long...).

Appreciate input on these. Thank you!

When are you planning to move to Denver? I would file NOW with the new address if you're planing to move in the next 2 weeks. If you're planning to move in a month, I'd withhold filing till 2 weeks before. Reason? You don't wanna deal with AR-11 drama.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

It could go to any of the service centers, such as EAC, WAC, LIN, SRC, NBC, MSC.

Useless imho. Some centers would say 17 months and people have gotten approved in 5 months. Plus, there is nothing you can do about it.

It's AOS. Shouldn't it go to the NBC and they'll forward to the local field office once it's ready?

@Paulo.M your local field office can be found here if you put in your zip code ( all the way on the bottom):

OP mentioned EAD as well, and there's AP too.

Was there a change? It used to get handled by the NBC too. Seems I'm not up to date anymore 🙈
