You have done absolutely nothing since USCIS approved your I-129f petition in December? 

 

You need to contact NVC and ask them what is your NVC case number. 
 

Nigeria has very long backlogs so I’m pretty certain your case is still at NVC waiting to be sent to the consulate.

I already told you in my previous post - contact NVC and find out your NVC case number.

There is no welcome letter from NVC. They will not contact you with a welcome letter.

 

You need to seriously learn and read about the process as you do not know the basics.

That does not apply to a K-1.  That is for immigrant visas.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
