Tacloban Philippine Passport Renewal

There are two locations listed for DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) in Tacloban.

Do both locations do Philippine passport renewal?

Which one is the best? 

I would prefer to go to the location on Senator Enage Street, near the provincial capitol.

To get the most accurate info for this, go to http://passport.gov.ph/ and look at their listed locations. As far as I know, you can only do passport appointments at the locations listed. Some locations only handle specific kinds of passport appointments so read carefully. But basically if it's on the list, you can book a passport appointment there, but they're not transferable, so if you book for example at X location, you can't use your booking at Y location, even if it's in the same city.  (I actually saw this happen first had. Someone next to me had an appointment for NYC but we were at the San Francisco consulate. They seemed to not know why, saying someone else booked this for them. Maybe because appointments are hard to come by and they thought an appointment is an appointment. But no, your booking has to be for the specific location you're planning to go to.)

Thanks for the kind reply.  We've already been to the Tacloban DFA office, already got the passport taken care of.

I don't know about the other locations in the country (Philippines), but DFA in Tacloban is NOT running by the appointment system only.
