So I went to see if by chance we could see anything about our case seeing as we just recieved the NOA1 in the mail today. Low and behold it states they recieved the forms (3 seperate NOA1). I signed up for an account so I could recieve emails. Just wondering if we're "allowed" to do that since the option was there?

Congrats on signing up, others have been waiting weeks after getting the NOA1 and they still get an error message that there is no such case! :crying:

Yes of course you can sign up to receive emails, you did the right thing! :yes:

Oct 15, 2010: Citizenship Interview - Passed!
Nov 15, 2010: Oath Ceremony in Fresno, CA
Nov 24, 2010: Did SSN and Applied for Passport
Dec 6, 2010: Passport Arrives
Dec 7, 2010: Sent for Indian Passport Surrender Certificate
Dec 27, 2010: Surrender Certificate Arrives
Jan 3, 2011: Sent for Overseas Citizenship of India Card
March 1, 2011: Received OCI card!

Divorce

Feb 2015:​ Found out he was cheating (prostitutes / escorts)

​May 2015: Divorce Final

Thanks! I wasn't expecting it to work today at all! I told my husband I'd try just for the heck of it and it worked. I was really shocked.
