NVC inquiry and processing time

Hi, I submitted my documents around 10 days ago, and at the same time made an inquiry to change my consulate. Do they get processed at the same time? or should I add both of those times for an estimate? (is it 60+70=130 days or one of the longer time which is 70 days)

They are two separate processes so your documents will be reviewed at around 70 days. 

The inquiry should be replied to in about 60 days.

The times might speed up or slow down.
