My Wife just received her naturalization interview notice, and it is at the same uscis application support center she did her biometrics. Anybody else go to one of these acs facilities instead of a field office?

Hello, My spouse also got her naturalization interview notice with a venue address, which seems to be an ASC address and not a field office address. Please, can you share as to if the naturalization interview for your wife did happened at ASC or if it was a mistake and USCIS had to reschedule the interview at a Field office ?. If it was a mistake, we want to know if we can reach out to USCIS proactively to change the interview location to a field office before the actual interview date. Thank You

ASCs conduct biometrics appointments only. They do not conduct interviews, which take place exclusively at USCIS field offices.

It's possible your wife's biometrics were taken at a field office and not an ASC, which happens sometimes.

Going trough the same situation here as well - My spouse also got her naturalization interview notice with a venue address, which seems to be an ASC address and not a field office address. And, for us USCIS already have notified us that it will be reusing our Bio-metrics that was taken during the time of our Green Card Processing.  Would USCIC be using ASC locations as additional resources to complete naturalization/N-400 interviews.? . Thank You

My wife's interview was at the same acs facility where she also did her biometrics. The interview took place at this facility, and after she passed, she went to a larger USCIS facility in Minneapolis for her oath and received her citizenship. Unlike posted earlier by another member, some acs facilities are used for both to help both the interviewee who may live a distance away from a bigger facility, and also for USCIS process to help backlog.
