Hello everyone,

Please I have a quick question. I just found out about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), after our internet provider jacked our service up by $15 extra monthly. I qualify for it based on the breakfast and lunch programs provided at schools.

My husband is worried that it might affect our adjustment of status cases. I said it doesn't have anything to do with it but he isn't sure. So I decided to post to find out for real.

Thanks. Have a splendid Sunday!

The definition of “means tested” is pretty convoluted.

On a fee waiver application this would be listed

On a determination of public charge?  Maybe or maybe not.  Your husband is being cautious.  He’s wise to do so.
