Unable to pay AOS fee, NVC

Guys I need some help. I am not able to pay the AOS fee, when I tried it gave me some error saying “unable to complete form, please try again later” but it got stuck as status “in process”.  That was days ago and I was able to pay the IV fee and it went through.
what can I do? I don’t wanna do public inquiry since that’s a 2 month wait just to be able to start this process? This is a BS system and I can’t even call them to fix this.
doesn’t this warrant an expedite based on clear NVC error?

It’s the IV payment that opens up your ability to continue…as in START the DS-260 and upload all required docs. ..the system works.
Reporting the attempted payment and stuck “in process “ to NVC is excellent CYA for whenever they come looking for the $ fee.
Loudly calling BS is only good on VJ , Lol!

Yeah but I can’t start the adjustment of status paperwork only the ds260. And I can’t submit anything for them to review until the AOS is submitted also. I am unable to click on the AOS field. It’s greyed out.

This was resolved.  I logged in today and they reset the pay option and now it went through.  Just took some time.  Thanks

They are having maintenance. That is why you can't submit payment.
