Your parents can apply, but there is nothing you can do except to help them fill out the DS-160.  An I-134 would not help.  They must qualify on their own merits.

Simple process they just apply like anybody else

Each parent needs to apply for tourist visa ($160 each)/  ucan do that for them if they don't know English but sign as preparer of the form

they need to show they will return to  Morocco at end of each visit

job to return to, own their apartment or house ,  how the trip will be paid for (and they can say my son or daughter will pay for ticket when they interview)

the B2 visa is good for 10 years

when the enter the US the CBP will tell them if they can stay up to 6 months / he could say less time

but my MIL  was just here and flew home 2 weeks ago /  she could have stayed 6 months but was very homesick after 2

current wait time for interview in Casa is 98 days

do not pay anyone $600

why would u ?   it wouldn't help and it not required
