long wait

Hi Guys,

Anyone from here experience long wait from nvc or had problem with it?? I was approved last June 20 until now havent heard anything from them? any comment would appreciated thanks goodluck to everyone here

maybe june 20 of 07??? anyways usually it takes time for them to forward your case to the USEM... 2-6 weeks thats what ive heard. ours before it took 5 weeks before they gave us a case number and forward it to the USEM... i kept sending them an email and called the washington visa unit (forgot the dept)... anyways hope you'll be hearing from them soon... good luck ! It takes one week to get to usem. They have it now IM sure of that. You probably already have your interview and appointment.

No agency along the way has updated or notified me of anything. You have to call and ask whats going on.

I think its intentional so you fail and get denied but thats my opinion.

Hi Thanks for the comments.. It was approved last June 20, 2007, I havent get my case number yet or anything from nvc.. And I spoke with NVC people lastnite and said they havent received our papers yet from CIS.. So it means our papers still in CIS and havent forward in NVC yet??? Am getting confused here

Hi, Did u get noticed from NVC tru snail mail? When u had ur case number?? I did phone the NVC jsut today and said they havent any record to our case yet. And CIS havent forward our case yet to NVC, which make me think????

guess what? thats what happened to our case too... cis i think will send by batch or depends on what service center are you in... the thing is, as soon as nvc got your case, they will automatically asign you a case # esp if you're on k1/k3... so give or take 2-6 weeks till the embassy will have your case...
