Yes, include a copy of the I-94.

 

If you did the K1, also include the:

 

Copy of I-797 NOA2 for the I-129F,

Copy of the Passport K1 visa and Entry Stamp,

Copy of Passport biographical page,

Copy of Birth Certificate,

Copy of Marriage Certificate 

 

Along with the I-131, I-131 Part7 Supplementary, 2 Passport-style photos with name and A-number on the back of the photos.

 

I-131 is a separate application from the I-485 and I-765. So all the applications need their own copies of I-94, I-797, etc.
