Anthony Fauci, the renowned physician-scientist who has led the $6.3 billion National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) for nearly 4 decades and since early 2020 has been the U.S. government’s voice of scientific reason during the COVID-19 pandemic, will step down from government service in December.

Fauci, 81, had said in recent interviews that he planned to retire from the government by the end of President Joe Biden’s administration, but did not give a date until today. He said in a statement that although leading NIAID “has been the honor of a lifetime,” he plans to “pursue the next chapter of my career while I still have so much energy and passion for my field.” He is also resigning as chief of the NIAID Laboratory of Immunoregulation and as chief medical adviser to Biden.

Clay Travis & Buck Sexton talked about this at length today.  He probably announced this now so as not to make it obvious that he knows he'll be investigated when Congress flips next year.  Clay & Buck also think that, perhaps in 10 years, history will conclude that St. Fauci was one of the biggest medical frauds and bureaucratic tyrants ever.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Everyone that reads RFK Jr’s book knows the real truth about Fauci (with all citations to articles and publications) and never considered Fauci anything but self-ingratiating fraud. Too bad a lot of people fell for his deceptive talks and thought he walks on water.

Nation's Beagles Cower In Fear After Learning Dr. Fauci Will Have More Free Time On His Hands

U.S. — Dr. Anthony Fauci announced his impending retirement today while millions of beagle puppies ran for cover, hid under sofas, and cowered in fear.

"I'm not sure if this strange beagle phenomenon is related to Fauci's retirement and the abundant free time he'll soon have," said one beagle owner, "but as soon as the news hit CNN, my puppy dove through a glass window and flagged down a taxi and I haven't seen him since."

The OP headline is a bit misleading considering Dr. Fauci's actions during the AIDS/HIV outbreak that is still considered an epidemic/pandemic by some.  Sounds like St. Fauci was not interested in listening to anyone except himself which is the sign of a very egotistical person.  The simple fact is Fauci should have retired 15 years ago when he was closer to 65, but he seems to be a power hungry bureaucrat.

FRAUD FAUCI: Turns Out The Doctor Has A Long Record Of Withholding Vital Treatments

In the 1980s a drug, Bactrim, was available to help save the lives of individuals with HIV. Bactrim was shown by many studies to prevent PVP which is pneumonia which ultimately killed many who died from HIV during that time and before more advanced treatments.

Multiple doctors and advocates appealed to Dr. Fauci to publicly endorse Bactrim and push for its approval to help save lives. He patently refused. In fact, he even encouraged individuals with HIV to refuse Bactrim treatment. All because NIH itself hadn’t done its own studies on Bactrim impacts. The word of clinicians on the ground treating patients meant nothing to him. Even though he had received ample evidence to the contrary, Dr. Fauci publicly asserted – completely falsely – that Bactrim was dangerous for people with HIV.
