I'm a US citizen sponsoring my mom [and dad] for their IR5 visa. I was about to submit their "Civil Documents" when I noticed under "optional documents" is says:

 

"Your country of origin and/or the U.S Embassy or Consulate you are visiting may require that you upload additional documents for review. You will be able to find country specific documents in the “Where to obtain documents” link. If additional documents are required, please upload them by clicking the “Add a Document” link below."

 

When I click on that link for Nepal it lists under "Other Records" the following:

 

Identity Card > Citizenship Certificate

Relationship Verification Certificate

 

I have scans of both documents -- should I go ahead and upload them under "optional documents" or do I leave these out since they're not listed under "Required Documents"
