I got my K1 Visa approved today and now I've got 6 months to enter the USA. Then, I have to get married within 90 days upon entering to the USA.  Prior to entering the USA, my fiance and I want to meet up and travel around a few other countries before entering the USA on the K1. Does anyone know or can think of any reason(s) why visiting another country prior to entering the USA would invalidate the K1 visa or complicate matters?  As far as I know, a K1 Visa or any other non-immigrant visa conditions a validity date. I can't see how the visa would restrict ones freedom to travel to another country before utilizing the USA entry visa.  By the way, it's quite common for people to transit through another country prior to coming to the USA.  Can anyone comment here?

I don't see any reason to not travel before using K1 to enter the US?

I would avoid traveling to places that might be questionable by US CBP on entry like North Korea, etc.

You want to travel and spend more time with your fiancé before entering the USA. If anything this will reduce the chances of problems at the port of entry and your subsequent  I-485.

Just make sure you have plenty of margin of error left on your K-1’s validity before entering the USA.  It would be tragic if another round of pandemic restrictions delayed your entry to the USA to the point that your visa expired.

Also you must enter the USA either with or after your fiancé enters the USA.

Make sure to check the expiration date on your K1 because if I remember correctly it is valid for 6 months after your medical, not just 6 months in general. Just double check the actual expiration date before planning your trips.

Oh, and congratulations on the approval!
