Unable to Add Case to USCIS Account

Hi everyone! I'm new here so my apologies if this has been asked before or if I'm not asking in the correct page, please feel free to move my post or let me know where I could post/ask.

I'm a US citizen who filed for an I-130 for my overseas spouse via paper (Chicago Lockbox). Since I got my citizenship through naturalization (N-400), I have a USCIS online account number, which I've indicated in the I-130 I filed.

I recently just received the NOA1 containing the receipt number for the petition, but when I tried to add the case to my account, it gave me this prompt:

My question is: should my spouse create a USCIS online account number to view the case status? I didn't file online for her and I thought USCIS will just automatically link the I-130 I filed to my account since I indicated my account number in the petition I filed. Or will there be another mail that would contain her USCIS account number? Should I wait for that? And is it me who's going to receive that mail here in the US or will it be mailed to her instead?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all so much in advance!
