Where to find NOA1 issued per country.

In travel.state.gov website, they have provided  us information regarding K1 visas issued per month. This is very convenient to  us K1 visa filers. But I cannot find anywhere in this same website for NOA1 issued. Can someone jump in and provide us a link to where we can find the info. This will greatly alleviate all of us post covid K1 filers.

Thanks in advance,

Something to consider is the I-751 data. Most I-129Fs will eventually file I-751. As you can see the back ratio of the backlog to NOA1s is high.

IMHO it is a bad idea  to do I-129F or for that matter an I-130 with a plan that  leads to a 2 year green card.

It is best to get married now, using an online presence ceremony and then file I-130 after the next meeting. And then do not proceed with consular processing until the 18 month anniversary of the marriage.

Thanks,

In the website  I mentioned, I can  specify the country and choose what month I want to view. Is there something similar with that?

Nah! I dont  agree with you. First this data you showed me is the total data from  all over the world. It is not country specific. In travel.state.gov website  shows promising results. they  are now giving away K1 visa by the hundred per month almost at  a pre  covid level.

I found a website to where I can view on how many  K1 visas issued a month with a specific  country. But I cant find NOA1 issued.

Well I warned you about I-751 processing times and you disagree with me and won’t listen. But perhaps you have a plan for accelerating your I-751 approval.  Perhaps you could share it with me as I’ve been waiting since October 2021.

Ah.  Reading other topics you’ve started, I now understand your plan.  I posted to your other thread:

So you’ve definitely figured out a way to crack the code.

Did you get married yet?

Nah! wrong again.  just because I made post like that, it doesnt mean that I do it. I post something like that for others to think about as well.

Look man, if I can find a way to find out how many noa1 issued on a specific country, it will be nice. I can figure out all these waiting games. I already know where to find how many k1 visas issued. I need to find out the other component so I can make my calculations and predictions.

that is all Im asking.

no need to propagate to other issue.

Ok so we know where to find out how many visas issued per month. If we can find out how many Noa1 issued per month as well, then now we can our calculation. We can make prediction by using mathematical theory. It is not 100% accurate but it would be a lot better than VJ data.

Thank you for the file, as sobering and scary as it was to read. I wonder if I'm looking at the data correctly...

12,021 I-129F's received, 6,424 processed = each quarter USCIS falls back by a quarter in terms of speed

42,907 pending I-129F's = 7 quarter's worth wait time for I-129F processing as of April 1st

Just under half of applications are denied. I imagine those without proper signatures, forms, payment are included.

No, most of those denied I-129F are likely petitions for spouse.  Remember that I-129F is also the petition to start the process for K3 visa for spouse.

Also, I-129F with the wrong payment or form edition get rejected by the lockbox staff and don't count towards the stats in the report which includes only forms properly received.
