When is the right time to apply for US citizenship?

Hello, when is the right time to apply for US citizenship? I got my conditional permanent green card in 2019 and permanent green card in 2021. Been a pemanent resident here for more than 3 years and  married with my US citizen husband.

You can apply any time now if you've been a permanent resident for 3 years and still married, living together in bona fide marriage with your spouse.

 

If you file N-400 it now, you'll have to provide bona fide marriage evidence. If you file 90 days before your 5 year anniversary as permanent resident (conditional card issue date), you will have to provide fewer documents.

Actually, one more thing. You need to ensure you spent enough days in the country to qualify for citizenship.
