We filed the i130 and i485 concurrently, August 6 2021 receipt date. No movement on the i130 whatsoever. It was in the NBC- no indication that it's been transferred, but we're based in Texas. Super frustrating.

Terribly frustrating, I only found out it was at Texas after my husband chatted to Emma . I got my EAD and AP in June's so obviously all my background checks are completed. I don't understand why they are taking so long to approve i-130's . Processing times for Texas say 11.5 months , I'm already passed that . Hopefully we all hear some good news soon.

Glad you for the EAD at least! We are still waiting for my husband's. He did get his AP though, luckily. We actually just applied for round two of AP because it expires in Novenber.

We're past normal processing timelines on everything else, but the system keeps moving the goal post when it comes to when we can ask for clarification. 🙄 I swear we could handle anything, but the complete lack of communication and transparency is the worst! I just tell myself we should see movement by January...? I hope?

Thank you , it's only took 8 months to get 🙄. I just wish they would streamline the process and quit requiring all this evidence to prove your marriage is real and then still insting on interviews, maybe that would cut a lot of the processing time down. I hope we see almw movement, just some, right now I'm seeing employement GC being approved faster than family applications. Far too complicated.

Finally, first update in on our timeline in a year.

Hubby received his SSN and EAD this weekend! Pleasantly surprised to see the EAD is good for two years - though he should have his green card well before then. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
