I-130 approval pending and my spouse move

Hi, I applied for I-130 spousal visa for my wife and she is now waiting in Korea. In the meantime, she has an offer to work in Japan from a US base company while she is waiting on spousal visa to be approved then she will move to the US with the green card to continue to work with that company. Would her moving and working in Japan create any issues (delay or denial) with I-130 approval and finally getting spousal visa? 

 

She plans to come back to Korea for the US consular interview when the paperwork is all approved by NVC.

USCIS and DOS won't care about the nature or location of the beneficiary's employment, as long as it is properly disclosed on the DS-260 form and does not involve prostitution, drug trafficking, or terrorist activity.

Wouldn't this require police certificate from Japan later during the immigration process or that bus has been since passed?  If PC will be a hustle later, I would just not go to Japan

Is this to verify that she didn't commit any crimes and etcs? Is this a part of DS260 process?

Not an issue if they apply for a police certificate in a timely manner.
