Hello my dear Vj members I am just new to this site, thank God i found it.

Please my question is this,

My husband was here in the U.S last year on a K-1 visa, but the marriage did not work out for them,

with his ex US fiance,so he left for his home country before the 90 days expires, during that period

we meet here in the U.S and fell in love though he told me all that went on between him and his ex

fiance. and I went to his home country to marry him and file f or him K3 petition.

His interview is around the corner.

Please will the former K1 issue prompt a deniel for the K3 visa with me?

Do I the USC have any waviever to file.

I really love him and want him here soon.

I will appreciate any valuable contribution.

Thank you so much

The multiple filing waiver relates to the K-1 petitions and not K-3. The multiple filing waiver relates to the USC only and not the beneficiary. So based on the limited facts presented above, a waiver is not needed.

YMMV

I agree, no waiver is needed. You will want to make certain you have plenty of evidence of a bonafide ongoing relationship and he should be extremely well prepared to answer questions about you, your family and your relationship as part of the interview.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
