K2 file I-751 seperately

Hi there,

Anybody here has the same issue as K2 applying for I-751 seperately. I, K1 have a got my 10 years green card. My child K2 came to this country later and got his 2 years green card 9 months later than mine. He has to file his I-751 seperately on his due date(3 months before his card expiration date). My questions are:

1. Who will be the sponser when we file I-751 for him, my husband or me, or both?

2. Do we have to submit all the documents as requested on I-751 including the 3 letters while his is K2 and I have got my green card?

We have the same thing - child arrived 9 months later. I'm working on the basis that my husband is still sponsor as K2 AOS was derived from K1 AOS application, so same with ROC? Also, I am sending basically a duplicate package of mine but including any material to prove ongoing marriage that I get from the time I sent my package (May 2007) to the time I send his package (June 2008)

We will be in the same boat next year with Carina. Maybe also send some supporting docs such as report cards, school id's, photos, etc of the K-2.
