kinda like that

Well, I would not suggest them opening that can of worms by suing USCIS because then they have to disclose that they paid somebody to do this.

Why did they choose to do it like this?

Are they in love? Are they in a real relationship?

Why were neither of them present? And also, are they in a genuine, loving relationship?

These questions are not getting answered and I think the CO knows about the many ways people are trying to cheat the system and sees straight through this.

they have pictures that they met.. a couple of pictures and chats but no wedding pictures.

You did not answer the question, more that once, so I assume this is fraud.  You are an accomplice if you are try to help them commit fraud.

You have given no details of the relationship.  A normal answer to the question above would have details of the relationship.  What you said over and over lacks any mention of love, etc. "they met and have a few pictures and chats" is hardly a relationship.  Lacking those details, everyone will assume fraud.

I just don't to give the whole details here especially I don't know what their purpose both of them because that is their life and who I am to judge. I never include myself with such of dishonesty. I posted here to ask their situation coz the girl is having a hard time and especially the boy doesn't want to cooperate . They were inlove and they were really a couple  and I don't know now if what's their relationship now but they are still married and they still trying to fix the paper to get in the US.

do the Us embassy sue them?

Why would the US embassy sue them? It would simply not issue the visa to the girl mentioned in your other post.

As details start to finally come out in bits and pieces, this case is looking worse and worse.  If the husband does not want to cooperate, it is highly unlikely that a visa will be approved.  He may have withdrawn the petition or the I-864 already.

Is it not better then just to leave them alone and let them do whatever they wanna do?

Anyway based on what you have said here and your other new posts, she is not getting the visa. The marriage certificate is not legit based on how it was obtained.

If this is the same case as the thread below, I can make a good guess as to what happened.

They likely paid a fixer to create a fake marriage certificate and to register the fake certificate in the Philippine national civil registry (Philippine Statistics Authority - central registry of all births, marriages and deaths). But there was no actual wedding ceremony. And the US embassy found out.
