Hello again!

So my fiancé is asking about this checklist she found for paperwork a K1 beneficiary needs when they travel to the US, and we have everything but two. The checklist offers no explanation so would anyone mind explaining these to me? Internet search is being just as helpful with this stuff as ever /sarcasm

- CDC Form - I'm guessing this is done kind of vaccination record?

- BOI Form - Bureau of Investigation?

Thank you!

None is of this is relevant.

Where did she get it from? FB?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Well to be fair, almost nothing is clear about this process. That's why this forum is so helpful, everyone here has been through this nonsense.

Its less unclear if you go back to official

source documents such as those from USCIS, NVC , your local US consulate and reputable longstanding sites .. individual personal anecdotes are too varied and are impacted by so many variations to be considered  reliable

The checklist is crystal clear in the official website. One just needs to go through its instructions and the mentioned checklist rather than random internet search.

The CDC form was filled out by my wife at the airport when she returned to the US in April. It was just a statement saying she would comply or had complied with CDC requirements upon coming to the US. I don't know it it is still relevant now.  If it is she can fill it out at the airport.

CDC form probably refers to the COVID vaccination/testing attestation form.  Just fill out the form (if any) to be provided by the airline staff on check-in.

BOI form probably refers to the Bureau of Immigration form filled out by all travelers.  The form is also provided at the airport.
