Hello everyone 

We got a rfe because I mistakenly put tax transcript of 2020 instead of 2021. We found out after paying consultation fee to a lawyer because the letter wasn't specific but stated the sponsor didn't make qualified income. Which I did. 

 

So we got the online accounts we created via myaccount.uscis.gov and uploaded my 2021 tax transcript.  I am wondering if that is the way to go about it or they want us to use postal mail. 

 

Also wondering if I have to refill a new 1-864 and upload with the transcript or the transcript uploaded alone is sufficient?

 

Both K1 and K2 applicants have gone for biometrics and "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" is the latest update. 

 

Please check status, anyone experienced the order of status? Sending a request for evidence same day along with biometrics appointment
