Ok so for starters I'm referring to U.S Embassy in Ankara, my Interview is on august 15th

On August 9th I received an email from the embassy of them asking me to upload certain documents

1- Birth Certificate ( Certain version of it which I don't have currently )

2- Police Certificate from my country of nationality even those I left that country at age 6/7

3- They're  asking for Military service exemption card, thing is military service is not mandatory in Iraq and there is no such thing as exemption card!!

Keep in mind those two documents were not requested from me by NVC when I was still uploading documents to CEAC, I don't have an issue providing them now if the Embassy wants them, but the issue is those documents take 4 weeks to produce, and they sent the email 6 days before the interview. So basically I'm gonna go in there to tell them I'm missing some documents, am I screwed?? I feel like they're just going to be pissed at me for not being cooperative or something, and all these years have just been wasted. Seriously am I screwed here?

Unless they cancelled the interview, attend as planned.  In the meantime, start the process to obtain the documents.  You are not screwed.  Consulate Officer will just issue a 221g for needed items.

Sometimes NVC misses required documents.  Police certificate from country of nationality is required if you lived there for more than 6 months at any time in your life -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html
