I do not think you can get passport in 2 weeks based on expedited processing.  You may want to consider applying based on "urgent travel".  Here is what it says on their website:

 

"Choose this service if you have urgent international travel plans within 14 calendar days for reasons other than a life-or-death emergency. Restrictions apply. Call 1-877-487-2778 to make an appointment"
