Thank You For Your Response 😊

I checked In Documentation section but there is only Notice of RFE
Portal is still open to submit document.

They issue cancelation of RFE but didn’t close the Link on portal to submit document.

Hope will get positive reply from USCIS Soon.

Did you see what they need on RFE? If the things they need that you already had on file so maybe that’s a mistake from them.

They are asking

INTENT TO MARRY WAS BONA FIDE.

Submit documents request which I already submitted.

like,

Photos , Marriage Certificate ,Joint  Bank Statement , Affidavit  of Present at marriage by Beneficiary Parent, Passport PDF including stamps ,etc

I am starting to get really disheartened :( This is my 'your progress' tab:

Why has USCIS not even begun to review the case which was filed almost a year ago now.

Don't be.  My case status said the same for a few months.  The only time it changed, was a few days after the document of approval appeared in the document section.  At that point the processing time section completely disappeared.  Long story short, don't believe the processing time, it's a waste of energy and will mess with your emotions.

We got an email on Friday the 14th saying that our case was being actively reviewed by USCIS
On the 17th USCIS approved our case
On the 20th NVC has received our case and emailed us!

To anyone out there doubting - we also had all the "taking longer than expected" and thinking it would take until September but it suddenly all moved so fast!

Filed I-130 petitions for both parents with Priority Date 8/17/2022.   Received two email notifications this morning with subject line "We have taken action on your case".  Upon logging into USCIS account: both I-130s were approved yesterday, on 7/22/2023 (notice date).

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Received NVC Welcome Letter this morning. It took 4 days since USCIS Approved the petition. Fees were paid, waiting for the next process.

May I ask how you got the welcome letter so quickly?  NVC timeline says case creation is currently taking like 6 weeks.

Don’t rely on NVC timeframe. I do nothing but wait. Most cases received Welcome Letter within a week.

We're still waiting on the welcome letter after being approved on 7/7/23.  We do know that it was sent to NVC because we got an email from USCIS stating it was sent, but we've been checking our email daily for that welcome letter, and nothing...

You may have to contact NVC to find what going on. My case got approved on Aug 18, USCIS sent it to NVC on Aug 19. We both received the WL email from NVC on Sunday morning Aug 23.
