HI,

I am new here. It is very nice to see everyone is so supportive here.

I am DQ in Dec 2021 but I am still waiting for the IL. I am under EB2.

I would like to ask if anyone is on the same boat as I do. I donot know whether I will get an IL soon. Otherwise, I would like to make a travel plan.

Yes, please send me the access request to my GoogleSheet, I will approve it for each one of your requests. Hopefully we can prevent future mess-ups if we disallow the Anonymous access. Thanks

Hi @AgriSiva please provide me access to the tracker.

Thanks

I would like to ask everyone who passed the interview, does the hospital's birth certificate require issue time?  My current birth certificate was issued in 2019, so will there be any problems in the interview?  Will I be required to re-provide the new birth certificate issued by the hospital , thank you very much!

I think it depends on the country. I know that French birth certificates are valid only for 3 months, so we had to request it again. But my country birth certificate is alway current. You should probably e-mail the consulate or NVC. Or check the requirements for the official documents on CEAC website by country.

Apart from police clearance and employment letter for EB applications none of the documents should require a date validity check. All that you submitted to NVC as a copy now needed to be presented in original. That is my opinion though. In my case my spouse and born were born outside canada and we do have original birth certificate and marriage certificates but there is no way for us to get a latest copy from the relevant authorities. We have no ties to that country and no one to help us getting them too.

You definitely should be good. It’s just some countries like France, don’t give you an official birth certificate the day you are born. You have to order it through the Marie and they just mail the paper with their stamp..and apparently, it has the expiration date of 3 months. That’s why we got the new one, just in case. I’m sure your original birth certificates are good.

@ACC24  - Did the site that you registered your interview at ever change from this:

CEAC was updated again today.  Still showing "Issued".  Of course I am anxious as we are hoping to leave in 13 days.

If I remember it correct, once the passport is dispatched this will get updated with the tracking info along with email notification. Did you receive your tracking info yet on email?

No e-mail yet.  CEAC still says issued and other site is showing "appointment" still.  I hope it isn't too much longer.
