Post Interview

We registered for courier service to receive my passport back; I was religiously checking my case status since the interview. Although we saw case updates on each of the following days after the interview, the status remained "Ready". Finally, three days after the interview on Feb 3rd, the status changed to Issued. The status on ais.usvisa-info.com still shows "Current Status: Appointment," and there is no tracking number posted yet. Hoping that it will be posted by Monday!

Hi @raisins

For you, how long did it take the status on ais.usvisa-info to change from "Current Status: Appointment" to show/post the tracking number ?

Quick update on my case, after being in AP ( Refused) for 6 business days, ceac status changed to "Ready" last Friday, 31st March and then to "Issued" this morning. Waiting for the tracking information for passport

Finally close to end this journey.

Fantastic news, congratulations!

We received email with tracking info before any status update ais.usvisa-info. Sometimes it might not get updated in real time and lags way behind

We will be crossing land border from Toronto soon first time to activate our Immigrant Visa. We are not planning to import our cars ( Toyota Highlander 2011 and Honda CRV 2007) right away but will do eventually over couple months. Will this raise any questions by the border officers that we need to be aware of? Thanks!

It was quite a while for us.

We were approved on 1/31, status showed that our case has been "modified" a few times but the status always stayed at Appointment.

On Feb 6, we got the tracking information, and the package arrived in BC the next day on Feb 7th.

Congrats, my family case is similar, hope we get the same tomorrow. We have been on Refuse for a 5 weeks for RCMP - wrong Certificate. Today it change to Ready, but only for our two kids (Hopefully its for all). I hope to see a issue tomorrow.

Unfortunately, they did not capture my fingerprints well during the interview. I got an email to come back on April 21 for my fingerprints to be properly taken. Other members not affected. So down here is what you need. RCMP-Others

We had our medical on Friday at Dr. Cheema's office.  The system is down, so they have been unable to submit the reports to the consulate.  Anyone else experiencing this?  We have 15 days, so I imagine we will be alright but still a little anxious.
