Any in China Town on Spadina or the off shoots on Dundas and Queen would do. They do it so much, they are quite efficient and hassle free. Those small shops with a sign in front would be your best bet. Don't go to Staples or anything, they always screw up something, and they are more expensive.

I think they can schedule you for next day but the wait time is high it’s around 3hrs in total.

Has anyone received IL for March 2023 yet? It appears that other visa categories (e.g., CR1) received IL couple days ago.

Who did you email to get this specific response regarding Montreal's processing.  This is very helpful.   I've been DQ'd since Oct 2020 for an EB2 but I haven't received my IL yet.  I just joined this forum today.  I'll add my information to the Google Excel tracker.
